Fast moving thread meaning there are lots of people talking about the boards but if all the talking about come from a few forumers then it doesn't really say anything about our market gaining popularity in mechanical keyboards. We've gotta figure out how to increase popularity.

Is there a local mechanical keyboard club? If not, I'd be happy to create one (but administered by others). We can setup local TT and perhaps educate and invite the public to learn and try out the keyboards.

Any pic of urs keycool to show especially on the gap problem.

Key cool qc problem very famous. International pricing also not very good. That's why we never ever brought it in. When the rosewill tkl comes in even keycool taobao pricing will have problems lol

Vortex emailed saying that Poker 2 will clear customs in CN tomorrow and ready to ship very soon. sweat.gif The price will be the same - RM 299. I have reduced quantity for brown and red, allocated them to mostly MX Blue.

Um..no idea. Looks like brown and red slowing down significantly. Was at LYP yesterday and a customer bought Shine 2 from C-Zone asking for Black switch. sweat.gif Tried to use the RK9200BL demo from Rosewill in office and it's really stiff...beh tahan..have to switch back to RK9000I biggrin.gif

Blue is the nicest...click click click...In fact I think next thing we will bring in is MX Green from Ducky.

Hmmm, can't really say much. MX Green is like the black version of MX blue. x_x There are demands for Blacks too, just not as much as browns and blue I would say, and people who choose Red, I think they read from reviews and people suggesting Black and Red for gamings, that's why they would want Red. The mindset of "Ew black is tough, and Red is smooth. Both are for gaming, let's go for Reds."
*
Better convince other brands to bring in a lot of black biggrin.gif we have no interest in fulfilling this market segment at the moment. But still, customers can back order them from our dealers. Now GREEN....that's really fun. People still bottom out switches. GREEN is well...takes more effort to bottom out and actually is really enjoyable.

blues all the way~~~~ click clack click clack click clack!!!! *puns not intended  tongue.gif  tongue.gif *

Blue can feel a little light sometimes. Green is for older people like me who needs more precise typing..harder to make typo...punch in wrong number very jia lat

Yeah, I like blues, blacks, brown, clears, but not red. : / Bring them in! I want to try some greens.

I heard how they feel like, buttons coming up before you know it, because of their toughness. But I love bottoming out thoughdrool.gif

You will love green for sure. Will try to order some of the DK9008G3Pro in MX Green, Gray caps.

Why the sudden love for Green? Between Black, Green and Clear which of them need more effort to bottom out?

I am using clear now and I find that I seldom bottom out the keys as much as when I use Red or Brown.. They typing feeling of stock clear is some what mixed feelings.. I like it generally but the space bar felt weird....  sweat.gif  sweat.gif

MX GREEN solves your problem:
http://wiki.geekhack.org/index.php?title=Cherry_MX

My forecast says MX Green is the next most popular switch for non mainstream/non first time customers. Typist are going to get this or the Topre Heaven.

MX Blue will still be the most popular switch

MX Brown is going to appeal to first time customers reading reviews saying that it is the sweet spot between blue and red...after buying this...they will buy another one shortly.

MX Red is going to appeal to gamers reading a lot of reviews saying it is best for gaming. Or ninja in the office..

MX Black is going to be same as above..but for bigger build users with heavier fingers..

That is due to the cherry stabilizer. Space bar does not feel as linear as costar stabilizer. But much quieter operation
