Fight traffic again to get out of Giant ... it's usually closer to 45 or 60 minutes.
Ever since someone told me that Tesco UK delivers to their homes, each time I go, I thought of starting a service such as yours. But never got around to it. Now that you have it, I can use yours! If only your coverage area spreads past north of KL.

Isn't that a bit odd? Usually, the bigger the amount purchased, the lower the charge. Here you're doing the opposite. What's to stop a customer from breaking a RM400 receipt into two RM200 ones. Tell you to buy RM200 today, and come again tomorrow for the other RM200. That'll double up your labour and transport cost, but half the service charge?
