plastic enforcement(more durable) add on price?

Hi Cj7, i think what you are asking is printing ONE page and the "plastic enforcement" is the Lamination. Unfortunately we do not provide that service. You may however proceed to the nearest photocopy shop, they may be able to complete your request within 10 minutes. should be less than Rm 5.

You're asking about film laminate or pouch laminate?

Pouch laminate is done by those stationary shops, price may be around RM5.

Film laminate is usually done by the printer, usually much much cheaper. But only the front and back is covered by plastic and waterproof. The sides are not, so if you hang these outside in the rain, the water will get in at the sides and eventually ruin it. However, film laminate will make the paper tear resistant.
