The cost of court proceedings will be high.. So we filed a complaint with the consumer tribunal instead.
But this man is a smooth talker and just insists his company has been liquidated.
When we threatened to expose him and his company, he just told us to "do what you like"..
We have sent the Form 1 for the Tribunal court but no reply so far..
They are just basically ignoring us.. and probably trying to sell of this car to the next unsuspecting customer..
