 What is this Javax running in the back ground?, how to delete?

recently i keep noticing my cpu running at 70-100% spd but i wasent using so much,then i notice this thing running in the background Javax then i close it,cpu spd returns to normal,any idea on what i does or how to delete it?

So far i only managed to change its permission but time to time it still pops out. sad.gif

uninstall any related java. yet javax is for java developer

aready did delete java,but still pops up..cant find the source of the thing.. sad.gif

Process list > right click javax > Open file location

yep did that,but thats not the source,i deleted that but it keeps appearing by itself over and over again.. sad.gif

That's suspicious, update antivirus and run a scan?
