Haha actually you can go crazy over Dark Elixir. What I mean is, if you have the determination, you can easily farm 20,000 dark elixir in four days. I wanted to upgrade my Barbarian King from Level 4 to Level 5, cause I was curious about the special skill, rage and spawn Barbarians. And it took me 4 days to farm that 20,000 dark elixir.

Not sure about others strategy, but my strategy is maintain trophy level by losing some games. My base is currently TH8. I maintain my trophy between 1200 and 1400. My troops are giants, healer and lots of Goblins. Normally, I will just aim those base with DE more than 500, was lucky for a few times when I searched base with almost 2000 DE. Normally, people place their Dark Elixir storage in the middle of their village, covered with walls, surrounded by max Wizard Towers and Mortars. Once your whole group of goblins manage to reach the dark elixir, spam your healing spells like crazy. And you confirm get those DE, although high chances to lose the game.

Goblin Level 5, Healing Spell Level 4, Giants Level 5. I also use some Archers to take down the Gold and Elixir Collectors located outside the village, just to avoid my goblins being spread out.

Just now, after typing the essay, I went to attack a village using the same strategy

Cant choose but if both clan same strength, same number of war member and click star war at the same time, then higher chance to be drawn up together.

Empire enemy gave up, but created a scene in uprising.  that was a first.

enemy clan quite weird. those who launched attack on us already been kicked out from their clan. seems to be a rule not to attack us at all during this war. 

anyway, if i can type chinese will surely go to their clan after war and wake their whole clan up.   
very cheeky send spy to empire during war. we rejected and the spy try his luck at uprising. and then request co leader status there. lol.

they just give up?? without a fight  

I don't know what theory he's working on, but it didn't work for him. 

Good for empire, easiest win so far.
