grow in malaysia can lorr.. since when growing the tobacco is illegal? pahang got many place where people grow there

Self grow is halal, go to your local Kementerian Pertanian and ask around, alternatively you can import.
just FYI, Terengganu got thousand of acre tobacco plantation. You might have better prospect there.
