hi, im not sure whether petronas mesra card is comprised in this topic but its been a while since i last able to use points for petrol/mesra store redemption. always declined at pump. i wonder if its widespread or its only me..

Yeah. I keep the receipts in my car so I always peek at points obtained per filling. Cumulated points increase every time

just used chatime bcard at tealive yesterday. no problem.

however, there is a notice at the counter, they will do a replacement card with tealive branding from 1 March onwards.

when asked about possible replacement fee, staff has no idea  :confused: they put up a notice but dont know the details.

anybody knows how to redeem fuel via mesra card at the pump?

Anyone can confirm cant use Mesra card anymore at pump?
Since the launch of setel app, whenever I swipe Mesra Card at pump, I dont get points anymore. But if use Mesra Card at Mesra shop no problem pulak.

Do you still get points on the receipt?
Mine doesnt anymore on the receipt.
Before this, when we check the receipt, the points will appear on the receipt.
When check with setel app also the accumulate points doesnt update.
Im using Amex CC btw.

Hmmm, I think I should test using my VISA cc then swipe mesra.
Its weird because this happens at any stations I go, not only one station.
