mine is the chatime bcard as well
the first time I tried to use it at 7-11 the cashier said cannot use.. I told him it's a bcard and he went "ohh bcard" and swiped the card.
There are even people complaining on bcard fb page that their bcard was rejected by the cashier at 7-11..
