I'm not sure when did Petron changed to their rewards scheme... it is no longer rm1 to 1 point, but 2 points per litre...

QUOTE(kart @ Nov 12 2017, 08:35 AM) It was still RM 1 = 1 point, when I pumped petrol on 13 October 2017. Yeah, the point collection might have changed around the last 2 weeks of October 2017. Based on my recent fuel up, yeap they still round up for you, but as you said... it's pretty insignificant... thank god they did not adjust the points required to claim...Last time when it was still RM 1 = 1 point, the amount of petrol I purchased will have ending value of RM 0.05 (such as RM 63.75), so that I would have gained 63.80 Petron Miles Points in this example. Yes, it is an insignificant rounding-up. Nowadays, when it is now 1 litre = 2 points, is the tiny rounding-up of Petron Miles Points still applicable? Nevertheless, it's still better then other petrol stations that offers 1L = 1 point... with even worst points conversion... This post has been edited by boonykun: Nov 12 2017, 10:13 PM |
