yeah, they don't entertain manual bcard point collection if you missed it. really need to make sure to key in the bcard number after payment page. and hopefully there's no internet interruption.

no need... just print out this, then fill in your name and email at the bottom of it. bring your bcard along and that's all. it's applicable to all bcards (not only the one co-brand with shogun). try to call for reservation first as the turn out may be huge...

at least you write the name of the card owner on the print out.

glad that you complained here. i already got myself 3 umbrellas under this promo (fourth still pending).

the problem started when i tried to claim my third umbrella last 2 weeks, i went to at least 10 different petronas before i managed to get it (last pc too).

since they said new stock coming in, but until now my fourth umbrella still pending.. already 1 week trying and already went to nearly 20 petronas still can't get to redeem it.

as the promo expiry is getter nearer now, i don't think we will get to redeem anymore. not only us, there are many others failed trying to get the umbrella. none of the staffs know when the new stock will come in...

but good la, no need to trouble yourself go here and there to find the umbrella. not worth the additional stress...

update:
some petronas already came in stocks.
one came in stock 20 pcs at night, but when i went the next morning, already finished.
another came in 28 pcs and when i went was the last one already, luckily still managed to redeemed it.
