not sure whether your bonuslink card is faulty. did your card number appear in your shell or parkson receipts?

Shell and Parkson normally very fast. Within the same month, you can see it on the summary, but others not so fast.

Like caring pharmacy and focus point much slower.

Public bank and mbf cards also quite fast

can't remember. gotta check the latest shell receipt.
i guess i'll shoot them an email then. seemed like all transactions that were made from oct til dec not recorded.

p/s: went shopping at parkson just now and the card number was on the receipt stating the point gained for the purchase. can't check with previous receipts though since all gone ady.

You expect tesco change the old tesco card to tesco touch n go card?
I think tesco will no change all the customer old tesco card to test touch n go card for free.

If u want, u can goto tesco and ask them to change for you, it will cost u RM3 (when launch it charge RM3 to upgrade, no sure any change in the cost).

I am afraid Tesco won't change all the old club card to the TnG card. Went to Tesco Kepong and the promoter besides the CS counter told me that they will only mail out some of the TnG cards only, by now all the cards have been sent out by Tesco. If you haven't receive it yet, chances are you won't be getting it FOC. And yes, if you want to change it Tesco TnG club card you need to pay RM3.

if you still keep all the relevant receipts, then you can email them. else, no use.

sent them an email last week. today they replied ask for relevant receipts. who would have thought this can happen and keep all receipts? so lousy one.

I now plan to email them every receipt i get...

if you find a promo code elsewhere (outside the cashback website) and use it,you wont get the cashback
