Just would like to check, is anyone using BHP eCard now ??

Previously I have called to BHP and get to know that there have two ways to earn your point, physical card or BHP eCard app.

Once you registered eCard, you’re require to use the app and no longer valid for physical card.

My question is, my physical card membership number and eCard ID are different, I have tried entered 4 digits numbers each different time and scan QR code after receipt taken, always get me error message and please contact Customer Service Team.
Is you getting such scenario above ??

They should put a note there or emphasise what is registered ID

Based on the receipt, the QR code valid 49 hours only, therefore I think last week of receipt was invalid

Yup, will call Customer Service tomorrow and ask for help to credit today’s receipt.
