Maybe I online member is different from applied at counter

online account (online order) is different than member's card.

if you gotten online account first, before gotten member's card, you need to go to counter to link the card to the online account you created prior.

you still need to get the member card, separately, and pay for it

2 ways for this:

1) continue with original online account. link the member card to it later.
2) maintain two accounts, separately.

I guess it's about time to introduce Sam's Family Card to all. A membership card by Sam's Groceria.

It is an excellent membership card as you only need to sign up for once and it is valid for lifetime. Payment is only RM 12 and it gives you free RM 10 voucher upon sign up. Not only that, it comes with additional three mini cards which you can give to anyone to help you to collect points.

The best thing about this card is you can even collect points from TnG reload. Every RM 1 spent = 1 point. Once you reach 1000 points, you can redeem them for RM 10 vouchers. Easily attainable if you reload TnG frequently.

The vouchers can be used to redeem even at Sam's Deli. Oh ya, you can collect points from Sam's Deli as well.

At this moment, Sam's Groceria is having promotion for CIMB card holders. Every RM 100 spent will get you a RM 10 voucher, TnG reload is included as well. Yet to verify if vouchers can be used to redeem for TnG reload.

Shopback has a weird way of crediting cashback which is done manually, usually those updated after the system messed up and I emailed Shopback.
When Shopback credits the cashback manually, the due dates for the cashback is usually earlier than what would have been auto generated by the system.

For Agoda, the rules say redeem cashback after 60 days from stay date. If the 60 days have passed, yes, email them and enquire.
they are usually very prompt in responding.
