but i just noticed that the cashback from mobile is lower than desktop.  sad.gif

is your purchase 1 item high value? if yes, then better use desktop. if yours are small items accumulated, you may separate the items by following the tier to maximise your cb.

I also got the problem before where my tranx did not get tracked. So I emailed them and this is what I received:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for writing in to ShopBack.

It has come to our attention that there is an issue with the tracking of Lazada Mobile app purchases and we have contacted Lazada to resolve this issue. They are currently conducting an ongoing investigation and will update us once they have identified the root cause.

Thanks.

After 2 days, they emailed me the tranx has been tracked thumbup.gif
*
yes, that's the same email milkadeal sent to me too. but unfortunately after few days later, it can't be tracked due to the fine tuning going on that time. and after the fine tuning, now shopback already back to offer for lazada mobile app. i think you didn't use shopback during that time, if you did, you should be seeing rm0 and 0% for lazada mobile app. i should have screen captured it lol... first time ever there was rm0 for linking back lol...

Can anyone help to confirm that for Shopback Agoda current Offer, For bookings above $50USD (RM220) you get RM55 cashback. The booking value is calculated based on Total booking value (include Tax 15% etc) or Nett Room Value?
Planning to split 8 night room booking 1 by 1 for coming trip.
*
based on the price before tax.

Thanks for the advise. Now need to get premium room to meet the US$50. I hope that by splitting 1 into 8 booking would not have any problem to get 8 times CB.

for booking.com i know it's not allowed. but for agoda, so far so good. biggrin.gif

This Fintech Startup is Offering Cashback for Almost Everything You Buy This Weekend

Sounds good eh?

The more receipts you upload, the more complete your consumer profile becomes. This data can eventually reveal which part of the city you stay in, a rough idea of your income, your hobbies and interests, and even your favourite types of food.

sounds dangerous lol...

Agreed!! How we check the rebate we have accumulated in our Parkson Card ?
*
check at parkson cs. but the bonuslink points collected can be checked at bonuslink website.

by the way, we don't earn points from using parkson card at certain merchants right? we just get the discount directly from the merchant by showing the card right?

yes, i know that. i mean many restaurants i went accept parkson card for discount as well. but i just need to show them the card to get the discount. just wonder whether these merchants actually supposed to swipe it so that parkson recognise i'm using their card as a loyal customer ma. brows.gif

For mesra card, if for the petrol payment is made inside the counter, would it be considered rm1=1mesra point? By the way, what is the redemption points need to exchange for petrol for petronas?
*
petronas mesra gives you point based on item. so no matter you pay inside or outside, the receipt will show for what item you purchase. unlike cc, whereby it's just based on amount from the terminal and not linked to what items you purchase. the redemption points is 1 point = 1 cent of petrol. you can do it directly at the automated fuel dispenser. no minimum amount of redemption. if you have 39 points, you can pump 39 cents of petrol.

*
use shopback to lazada app and buy from there. rebate is higher and can get no such rules. biggrin.gif

At 5-6%, not the usual RM30/40/55/60 where only applied to RM220 booking (before tax) and above.
Tested 2 weeks ago. Room price more than RM220, use Agoda rewards point to pay partially, only got 5% shopback.
*
you should complain and get it back. but for me, i informed them beforehand telling them about my payment modes, so i received the rebate without needing to complain lol...

Inform beforehand? The system don't auto capture? You reporting using missing cashback?
*
that time doesn't have 5% or 6% for below rm220. so it's either rm50 oor rm0. so i reported using missing cb. i told them my room charge was over rm220 and i'm using points for partial payment with the balance by cc.

i see... if it's close to rm220, you may choose to book at agoda to get rm35 (book on any day except wednesday) or rm55 (book on wednesday) via milkadeal.

my case 4 mths ago still no news and repeatedly email but no reply.

i had a complicated issue with hotel booking previously but milkadeal had no problem handling my complain. there's once i booked a hotel but due to internet connection issue on the first booking, i rebooked, but ended up with 2 bookings captured. there's a rule that repeated booking with the same hotel will not be given rebate. i called the hotel, explained everything, and requested to cancel the second booking because the first booking already captured. the cs mistakenly cancelled the first instead. when i saw my milkadeal cashback email showing i earned cashback for the first transaction, i quickly contacted milkadeal and asked them to edit the transaction detail to reflect the second transaction since the first was mistakenly cancelled by the hotel cs (not my fault). if i don't do this step, i know this cashback will not be given to me too after few months later.
