lazada supposed to end this promo at 11:59pm on 18/3, but they ended somewhere in the afternoon of 18/3. following that, at 9pm lazada also revised the shopback reward to their mobile app from rm10 to tier based. so now no more 50% (spend rm20 get rm10) as the max will be only 10% (spend rm20 get rm2).

you mean rm10.61 is your cb for your purchase at shopback via app? when do you made the purchase and how much do you spent?

that must be some kind of technical error and most probably it detected your purchase under both lazada mobile (rm10) and lazada website (1.5%). just guessing lol...

i already noticed this when shopback recently revised the cb for booking.com from rm30 to 5%, the same like how they revised agoda months ago. so, after the revision it seems like mbb's promo is no longer valid, or perhaps negotiation between the two still ongoing internally.

no, this fine tuning was from lazada side to stricten the linkback and fight against people who are manupulating it. at one point shopback totally removed lazada mobile app by giving rm0. since milkadeal still offering the normal tier cb, so i used milkadeal instead and finally received nothing too. complaint to milkadeal but they don't dare to challenge lazada too due to the fine tuning going on. wasted rm8 + rm4 which i supposed to get from my 2 lazada app transactions.
