BHP card is the lousiest. Stupid service. Took them 2-3 weeks to process my application. Then called up, they say another 2 weeks before sending to me. Total more than 1 month. Incredible

Very true. Even when I email, it took them 2 and half weeks to process. Now already the 5th week (tomorrow last working day) and I still haven't got my card yet. Very slow. If not because of UOB Smart$ Cash, i wouldn't use their petrol.

It should be BCard first then only CC...

But I tried yesterday. It didn't work. Maybe because I just applied at the counter before pumping.

At Sunway's Caltex (opposite of Sunway Pyramid), I saw there's a "Masuk BCard" sticker beside it. So, I guess their terminals should support the card by now. But then again, they should be follow Shell's system saying 'Insert Bonuslink first....." on the terminal's screen.

same here. even i put in bcard, it show me error. so i dont personally we can use bcard > credit card at machine just like shell perhaps?

is it we need to pay cash / cc at counter rather than machine only can use bcard?

if like that u say, that mean either 1? but as i know journey card oso collect point, must use cash to make payment then? btw i think able to spend n collect bcard point at the store in caltex, but how about reload tng?

if use b card to reload tng, i mean collecting point, although got 50 cent surcharge, i assume still worth to reload right

Esso / mobil Smiles card need to be changed to the new Petron card. So far the points redemption reward maintain the same. RM3000 = 3000 points can get back RM45 of petrol. The best reward compare to bcard, bonuslink or petronas mesra card.

i just tried yesterday and can get bcard points if use cc.

need to get receipt and go to counter. they will insert the point for ur bcard. but 1 litre = 1 point, seems not that worth

yup. but 1 litre only 1 point. imagine 500 point to redeem RM5, u need fill 500 litre of petrol. 500 litre petrol cost RM1k++

By the way the Bcard, how is the point system works... and what can be redeem. Anybody calculated the return rate of the card before?

anyone use bhpetrol loyalty card recently?i use it yesterday,i pump rm61,but get 122 points. i thk normally i only get 1 point per RM1.
