You can redeem Bpoints at any bcard participating outlet, you can perform partial or full redemption.
For a bcard merchant list, kindly visit this link https://www.bcard.com.my/v3/?page_id=20 for more information.
You can also redeem bpoints via our website www.bcard.com.my under "redemption" where you will receive the redeemed items within 3-4 weeks.
Once redemption has been accepted, whether via participating outlet or website, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned

redeemed twice at caltex without problem so far, it was between 9am-3pm though
next time redeem i'll ask about the time and day

tesco, i've yet to receive my tng clubcard

redeemed again at caltex at 4:05pm yesterday
was told as long as system online, can redeem anytime - provided the staff oso know how to redeem

too bad cannot use other promo code, so only useful when no promo code with more discounts is available
but if u guys dun mind, please sign up through the referral links at my signature (mod pls remove this post if not appropriate)

whoever sign up will get RM5 (not sure bout the tnc), I will only get RM5 when that ppl buy something
normally will forget to click the merchant link from shopback website, i always forgot bout that last time (another similar site) when i bot things from ebay

go to the counter, ask to redeem (need your pin number)
1 pt = 1 cent

as a matter of fact, should be able to redeem at all their merchants that give bpts
