I believe petronas mesra card system no longer accumulating points. I noticed all my kedai mesra transactions never appear in the online report. When asked they said need supporting document. How convenient to them to avoid this issue

*Excluding Bukit Kayu Hitam Toll Plaza, Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Toll Plaza, Tanjung Kupang Toll Plaza and Penang Bridge

but do i know when the rebate is granted, and how to redeem them if any?

ok, now i know how the rm7.90 rebate was calculated, i go to view transaction and select 1/sep-30/sep, calculate the total usage, i.e. i got rm158, from the 5%, i then got rm7.90..

I have registered my mesra card online. However, I have problem before as the pump terminal cannot read the card.

So I ended up getting no points for the transaction.

I have to do it because i migrate to newer cards and that card is not related to the old one.

I'm not sure when did Petron changed to their rewards scheme... it is no longer rm1 to 1 point, but 2 points per litre...
