i missed 3 times totalled 610 points lossed! not that i forgot, but the system lag/hang after payment (not caused by slow internet)! so the final page not loaded and there's no way to get the points anymore. i complained to lazada many times to allow bcard to be key in during checkout instead of after payment, but after 1 year liao still same. my recent purchase of rm350 also missed the bcard points due to this.

lol, not my fault. that's how petron name makes petronass sounds like an ass. lol...

petronass (mesra) and shell (bonuslink) same 1litre 1point. but mesra point redemption for petrol = 1point for 1sen, which means a rebate of 0.43% only, so far the lowest.

they said that page is the only page to key in the bcard, missed that they also cannot do anything. they take my advice for automatically linked or key in upon check out but after one year still same.

sadly nobody because this is just an individual merchant issue. but i also didn't complain too harsh on them because previously i bought a laptop for my family, the purchase went through but later informed by lazada that no more stock, so the amount paid was returned back to me but the bcard points did not taken back from me. that bcard points was more than 4x the points i loss (610).

i applied mine at starbucks last time...

if compare petron with bhp, petron can get points on the petrol redemption but bhp can't. for example, i get another 45 points after redeeming rm45 with 3k points. but i redeemed rm5 with 550 points at bhp doesn't get another 5 points.

actually it depends on the cashier. i just realised last time i redeemed smart$ also received bhp points. lol... but not all will allow.

i just redeemed all (petron smiles points + bhp ecard points + uob smart$) and can double confirm on this point:
1) petron smiles card 3k points redemption to rm45 can get additional 45 points upon redemption
2) bhp ecard 550 points redemption to rm5 cannot get additional 5 point upon redemption
3) uob smart$ (min rm20) can get additional points (depends on the amount you pump) upon redemption

yeah, so basically we only used 2,955 points to redeem for rm45 petrol (>1.5%).

if you redeem your smart$ rm18++, the balance rm1++ will be charged to your uob cc.

and i missed my rm253 lazada purchase bcard points for the 4th time!!! their point system really sux big time!!!

but this time they have upgraded their system so they can manually key in the points. however, they can only key in for the purchases done 24-48 hours ago. means my previous 3 times (total 610 points) still cannot get back...

this format is after the system upgrade already. meaning that they can key in the points for you manually.

if it's the previous format, then too bad as they have no way to key in manually.

no, i mean the lazada interface. the print screen you attached is the new format already. the previous one's bcard column was on thr bottom right. that one lazada cs can do nothing as no manual points can be given.

with this new format, you just need to contact the cs and give the purchase details and they can manually add for you.
