As many young Malaysians today, my dream and long term goal is to migrate to another country.  My target locations are Australia and New Zealand.  I think NZ would be a great place for me to settle down due to the lifestyle there.  (PS. I have not actually been there, but I heard of the laid back lifestyle of fellow New Zealand-ers. 

For people working and residing in NZ, can you share some tips on how the immigration process works, such as getting a job and VISA there?  I am a graduate in IT, majoring in software engineering and currently in a Project Team in a MNC headquartered in Germany.

that is good advice, i will keep that in mind.

I know it will be hard to adjust to the different culture at first, but I know I will get through it.
Maybe you can share how the process works in getting a skilled immigration visa?
