What is BoxFit?

BoxfFit is a boxing fitness program training regime that a combination of traditional boxing training method, body weight exercise and modern training for you to get in shape, lose fat and know how to box.

What can I aspect?

The boxing skills, technique, agility, quickness and endurance of boxing on continues basis from an experience boxing person.

Is BoxFit suitable for me?

Yes, our training program is a step by step design to suits your needs and will be based on your conditions as well. Working adults, professional, students(primary, secondary, college or university), tourist, any gender, any ethnic. All are welcome and no age barrier. No contact involved. Professionalism assured.

What to bring?

Besides your face towel and water to drink-nothing. Just bring yourself as all of the training equipment is provided.


What to wear?

Sports attire and sport shoes.


Where and when to train?

Outside where it is close to nature and green environment at KL City Center. Daytime training.

No problem, our training days is flexible.


How long is one sessions?

1 hour to 1 1/2 hours for RM18


How do I pay?

Pay as you come.
