Anyone going to open house this weekend?

Experience The Marc Residence hospitality and wonder if 28 Boulevard could have 60-70% of it, then would be great.

The scaled model is quite real...

1200 unit for studio......20% sold out only
*
SOHO Studio around 35%

Serviced Apartment around 80%

Considering minimum 10% down payment is required for this project, take up rate is quite positive so far

Private Preview, get to choose and book first before anyone else. The most popular unit type was all fully taken up during private preview

Those who made booking initially and pulled out thereafter perhaps due to failure in securing mortgage loan

(I am not part of the group nor a buyer of this project. I stand neutral)

Indeed a good news to buyers and surrounding residents to ensure developer will improve surrounding traffic conditions with neccessary solutions perhaps a nearer mrt station 18 near by from the authority tongue.gif

I dropped by the lake weeks back... noticed they are working on it... few cranes etc in it... surrounded the site with fences n started to revamp the area. Not sure are they building the sales gallery or working on the 28 foundation.
*
Showroom is the building closest to existing play ground...

i passby that area alot i have to agree to your point, the access road to MRR 2 which is only single lane and the access road through 1 Shamelin to go downtown KL is also single lane with limited space to expand the road in the future (bad town planning imo) is a nightmare in the morning rush hour

but Pandan area is very near to city centre and will take only less than 15 minutes drive to reach BTS with smooth flowing traffic.
*
Some other project catalysts would be MRT2 station at Panda Jaya and TRX cool2.gif
