Do the car lifts add on capex and opex to this project?

Opex is part of JMB/MC cost....hmmm...

You pay maintenance fee and sinking fund upon VP....unless it is specified wear and tear and electricity of the car lifts are covered under their Defect liability period.

AS per the Act, JMB is required to be formed within 12 months upon VP.

Maintenance fee paid to developer for maintenance.... The fee is still paid by BUYERS....
