IIt make us look so silly to go just to place a cheque for something that don't even know the price, package and worst can't even confirm can get the unit or not.

Sound so silly...

Waste time, petrol, parking and cheque

IIf they say your unit already taken worst still we don't even know whether is truth or not or behind the scene some hanky panky deal done..

What a blunt blind preview

Just to gauge the market only.. If hot 🔥 then ma increase price lor.. If no show... They will start to think to bring down the price.
I think this place is overpriced at 650psf without anything great around this place...

What are we looking here? 1.5k rental for the 450sf? Without mall without lrt without mrt?

this one how could be transparent, that we are not even sure we can get the unit for the 3 selected units?

given scenario, for eg actually the units are available, but due to some "connection" , the units given priority to others? you got what i mean?

how can we even sure we are actually given the priority?

the key been flashing here is about "priority" , thing is we are not even sure that those attended been given the so called priority..

crowd control a lot of way and i dont think this is the only way.

well if you are saying this preview is to share the info with the public i think it is fine but i think is rather mislead to inform the public you are given the so called "priority" unless it is proven

well anyway, like you say.. those who are not comfortable can walkaway anytime.

Final choice still yours...

max is 2k at pertama residency for studio

i am considering here from ltv70 pov 1.3k FF can ah for the smallest unit 270k?

seriously where i can find new one with below 300k at this area.. current existing one all damn dodgy

old and low cost . not mean to discriminate ..this area those is old but that does not mean those new generation is doing well off than their previous generation

From propcafe the bigger unit 800sf is around average 550psf
If so means the price is almost same as shamelin during launch one year ago.. Bbb? I m more keen on the 3 rooms

No extra car park for sale. They want the cp as long term income generator. So only can rent from developer and then jmc
