studio got 1200+ units!!! how is the market there to absorb all and with 1.5k rental per month possible?

2-room 680sft is about 450k? then need 2k rental to cover...but 2-room units only gets 1 carpark

I think it will be abit hard to reach that rental rate...Too high dense..Too many units and is very competitive..Even if you were to buy for flip also the same..Hard hard hard...LOL..Good luck to all the buyers!!!

Who will rent a studio at this area? Is there any hospital, college or university around? If not, then it would be a bit hard to rent out..Anyway, that's is merely just my own opinion...

And this is month in month out.

Cost of living in KL is high as it is, I'm not making it worst by living in commercial land!

My take:

High density - don't like.
Leasehold - don't like
Lower middle class area - well, usually the food choices are more and better
Relatively not affordable as it starts from 650psf for such a tiny unit.

Was told admin fee is rm500 in the event of pulling out due to loan rejected
