I dropped by the lake weeks back... noticed they are working on it... few cranes etc in it... surrounded the site with fences n started to revamp the area. Not sure are they building the sales gallery or working on the 28 foundation.

I think they need to set a beautiful showrrom to investor, they oso need more rebate/furniture package for those investor since their sales not good but with that 2000 unit rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif


Lakeview with 2000 unit, but look at their A&P, MS ask GS 10,000 SA helping them to sales wor.......even LH+Commersial but still BBB..... shocking.gif shocking.gif

guys receive message from a marketing agent, the weave behind PGRM is open for selling, the weave is located opposite to pudu ulu park, nearby to LRT and future MRT, Aeon and Sunway Velocity, is more attractive right? start from RM6xx psf iirc

I have no idea about Lakeville but I sure know about Pandan area. The road already exist is jam and small already plus it that is the only way out unless the developer creates own route to MRR2, which is already jam at peak time. Anyway up to own opinion. No one force u to agree ma.

i passby that area alot i have to agree to your point, the access road to MRR 2 which is only single lane and the access road through 1 Shamelin to go downtown KL is also single lane with limited space to expand the road in the future (bad town planning imo) is a nightmare in the morning rush hour

but Pandan area is very near to city centre and will take only less than 15 minutes drive to reach BTS with smooth flowing traffic.
