Human emotion is unpredictable. The creation of a good hitler and a bad Hitler is also decided by the emotion of Hitler. Not everything in this world can be solved by 1+1=2.

Problem here is that we're looking from our point of view. We have our own computer our own pattern finding device, the brain, that tries to make some sense of what pattern/stimulus it is accepting. Due to this we can never know that answer you are proposing. We are merely looking at this problem subjectively, and not objectively which accounts the universe and whatever else that I may be missing.
