i m using Silverstone Precision PS08 and there is a case fan in front of this case running full speed.
how can i change the fan speed and make it quiet ?

i dint see the setting at bios, because that is for cpu fan not the case fan.
i also install speedfan, but i dont see the case fan too.

the fan using 3 or 4 pin?

you can only control them through system if the fan using 4 pin and connected to mobo 4 pin fan header.

if not you're going to need fan controller / some sort of cable (not sure) that can lower down the speed of the fan
