Never have credit card before,
I might want one for emergency such as hospitalization (hospital, a place to save life has credit card machine doh.gif ) , online purchase for things like games and bags from US...
Now days got how much charges?
Which one the cheapest?

Thanks.

it depend on u to choose whether u want a CASH REBATE credit card or benefit based credit card

interest rate are almost same among all banks

CASH rebate credit card = ocbc titanium or UOB one card

benefit based

if often travel = air asia CC or those platinum card which come with 1 mil travel insurance(flight)

Thanks for explaining, the Platinum free for life must have very high income only can get right??? I kuli je... sad.gif

Insurance is better I know, I might get it later this year. Previously, my salary so low, didn't even really put any thought in it.

I heard from my friend just now, when he try to buy something from US web, it says they can't accept our local credit card because they don't recognize our banks. It that true or my friend got troll by noob sales person?

Last time < 2k, then last year onwards got 2-3k, but not consistence plus need to spend half of it to support family.
Now got >3k starting this month, many of my friends say better to be save than sorry and at least get a credit card first, then insurance later this year in case of emergency.
