Probably some worm that tends to keep creating duplicates with weird folders and shortcuts names and other extensions. These types of worms are very common with public PCs with low security maintenance that also tends to infect external USB devices.

What AV/IS is installed on your PC? If you don't have any I highly recommend downloading and installing MSE immediately then scan your PC.
