how long for your friends to notice your change?

some will appreciate your hard work, will tell the honest way and motivate you all the time ;
BUT some butthurt will keep hoping u to quit, saying tht "u still small ler, hw many years dy u gym?" (padahal his physique look like shit, in reality I did gained)
Haters gonna hate, NEVER give up guys!!

My advice is that don't ever stay near negative friends. That's what I've did. Whatever they say, it won't bother me. Just make sure you are doing things correct and show them your progress. Then they'll beg for you to teach them and then you'll start to be the hero... or they'll accused you of steroids which is why haters gonna hate but envy is a good sign of you progressing To answer your question, 2 months for me. But usually the person who hangs around you will need to see much significant changes in order for them to notice compared to person who you rarely hang with. Anyway, we did this for ourselves, not for others

To answer your question, I wore only baggy clothes when I started working out. I only started wearing tighter fitting clothes after almost 1 year. Only then people started noticing

It took me about 2 months too... My friend starting to talk about the larger shoulder and arm i am having..
Although didnt go to gym for serious weight training, still do lift dumbbell regularly~ just to maintain

2months... workout 5 times a week, 2x per day cardio morning + strength at evening + strict diet... BF gone from 25 to 23 = no tummy BUT still have spare tyre to get rid off.. Target to go to BF20% this month.. almost there!! don't screw me up!

No one should be calling you "small" after hitting it hard for even ~6 months if you're doing it right. Fat, maybe. Small, no.
