To me, most preferred place for students & expatriates within PJ, SJ, SW and PC area is a VERY BOLD STATEMENT..Maybe yes only for students who are studying in Sunway and SJ. How many expatriates would actually choose to stay in Sunway and Subang? Can you please shed some light?
