Bro I just called them up. it seems they are giving contrasting information. Flexi suite starts at RM990 per square feet. Minimum size is 460 sq feet. Maintenance is 50 Cents. No facilities.But really i feel that the properties now getting smaller and smaller to "maintain" the pricing...
