if i know mistaken,sunway is not the 1st one hv dual key property..
Dual key most point to an unit of house hv 2 entrance..one key direct get inside the house,one is get inside one room that attach together with the house beside...it's separate out....that mean the room can rent out..or can say one house +one unit studio..
