But of course BRT cant beat another project with direct covered link to the lrt or mrt. But GEO 2 sells on their integration with educational colleges, malls and hospitals as part of their overall connectivity.. people buying geo 2 r all banging to rent to either rent to college students or college lecturers.
think brt is an effective solution for smaller townships near but not within walking distance to MRT/LRT. after all, brt is cheap and fast to build, buses are easy to manage, in case of overcapacity, just buy more buses, if one bus breakdown, won't affect whole line. low maintenance compared to lrt/mrt.
