I did asked before. Seems La Costa asking price psf was higher compare to A Marine.

Ic. I like A'Marine façade the most, but I compare it with La Costa because similar big sizes. But GEO is smaller and at strategic location.

Just curious bcz A'Marine price is lower than La Costa.

Around the same price, but if I recall correctly the price range is quite huge more than 10 years back. Averagely developer price is 5-6mil, then heavy discount if you buy and get another friend to buy, both enjoy up to 20-25%.

A lot ppl claim feng sui not good because the bungalows level is lower than it's south quay main entrance frontage and nothing fancy back then.
