So in Sunway Geo, it is only Sunway Geo Residence is private condominium, all others in Sunway Geo are for commercial development??

The land in front of Geo residence is also for residential development. Could be some townhouses, and also another high rise condo. It should also have link to Geo retail in the future. It is part of Sunway Geo. |
