Remember SA told me flexi suites only for office use, not for residence.

hi maxkhoo, I understand that it is for office use but I also read that some buyers are converting it into partitioned rooms to rent it out.

So in Sunway Geo, it is only Sunway Geo Residence is private condominium, all others in Sunway Geo are for commercial development??

The land in front of Geo residence is also for residential development. Could be some townhouses, and also another high rise condo. It should also have link to Geo retail in the future. It is part of Sunway Geo.

They can partition and rent out but rent for office use, not for residential.

I went to south quay yesterday and I really like the environment there. I think this property worth buying although is a bit pricy. Is really hard to get cheap stuff with good developer and good location

I went to south quay yesterday and I really like the environment there. I think this property worth buying although is a bit pricy. Is really hard to get cheap stuff with good developer and good location

For PALS, additonal 3%...
