Just my 2 cents, if you are not Sunway PALS, forget about getting the small / good unit with the reason:

This Saturday launching will break into 2 sessions, one in the morning (for Sunway Staff and Pals), another in the afternoon (for registered public).

Unless Sunway break the quota to two sessions, if not, forget about getting a nice unit as most unit ady grab in the morning session.

It is always a hot location but Sunway started on the  wrong path...launching mutli million bunglos at a very undesirable location...those bunglos should be sitting high up ...then
Selling most of the nautica block to some syndicate koreans end up many units got auctions...

fast forward now 2013 ...everything seems to gel together...bunglow sold off, occupancy rate improving, nautica almost full , Amarine also looking gd just vp with quite some units immediate move in .., la costa sold out
