Residence closer? i thought residence was at the end of the retail across the street from the hospital open air parking lot. thats why i think little chance i will live in as i can't stand the noise. even at palmville can hear the pinnacle construction day and night so annoying. well hopefully my tenant dont mind the noise at RM4K per month haha. i think Sunway Resort Hotel, Resort theme park, Sunway Pyramid can attest to the stability buidling on mining land. Those are the deeper and steeper than SSQ with a lot more people traffic.
