Better grab any subsale in Nautica and A'marine.....might still able to get around 650psf vs Geo Residence at over 800psf

Was told tower B plan to be launched on Nov 7. 3-5% increase. Tower B would be better as nearer to Geo retails.

Security is good....all under sunway own security, so all local and no foreign security guards.
Maintenance + sinking fund 0.35 cents I think....cause pay whole year so lower got discount.
Have not check rental recently, but earlier this year when I check, easily got offer for 3500 for 1392sf unit....students.
Agent told me not hard to get above 4k too if wait for a while, and if reno nicely can go above 5k.
Quite a number of expats staying here.
Air Asia lease more than 30 units here.
Occupancy 80% i think....got to go check at management office again. Consider good considering a number of units still own by Korean using for vacation purpose.

Well.....smaller should be more marketable. There are really many rich students in this area if not other tenants...
Sunway is trying to make this place an international community....sure can market lah....
Well....Nautica have a JMB.....and it's already more than 2 years since VP.....I think MC is only form after strata is issued, which I think not so soon lah....
