Where you guys exchange money (to Rupiah)? At Bali airport or do it in Malaysia before arriving? Do most place they take cash only or can they accept credit card (visa/mastercard/amex)? Since Rupiah numbers are so huge... how the heck do you keep track of this mentally when you shop or buy stuff to make sure you're not getting rip off.  |
