Competition streamyx ping become unstable when play dota2, pl, help

My streamyx ping when in normal mode, my ping is around 18. cmd > ping www.google.com -t
however, upon launching dota2, it starts fluctuating until 100- 300ping , so at the same time, my playing is like delayed 1s - 3s which make me very hard to estimate the timing. is that anywhere, i can make it stable. I try to off every software but it still the same. |

which region you select ? surely Asia right ? I'm also using streamyx 1mbps, no problem and the ping is very good around 35-50 ms
