Monorail is probably the worst public transport now in Klang Valley, worse than bus or KTM. At least for bus, it more frequent and for KTM, they have new trains from China.

For monorail.. the frequency now is 15-20minutes, sometimes they break down.. Still with only 2 trains and during peak. it is packed like sardines.. The only consolidation with monorail it is snaking through KLCity.

For Riveria asking RM1.1k psf at this location.... and titijaya as developer, good luck!!!

I think this riveria is targetting much smaller units than sentral suites.....

Just received a call fr SA. Riveria project can only get 85% loan?! Rebate 10% and still need to pay 5% capital

Not too sure why u say hard to sell in secondary market as pricing is easy entry and so far 1000psf also lower than Sentral suites & eST which studio or one room unit. But like U say two different product target different market. Riveria is target more niche rather than competitive market for expat as premium expat market is kind of lots of supply around there.

Otherwise Prasarana also involve and one of the developer in Riveria. Think Prasarana is very big n reputable in construction line.
