Won't deny of the area. . Just didnt cross my mind that someone would stay long term for such a small hotel suite size like place.
Maybe personally I prefer a min of 400sf for a 1 bedder.
That's why I said airbnb probably a good alternative for this proj

For monorail.. the frequency now is 15-20minutes, sometimes they break down.. Still with only 2 trains and during peak. it is packed like sardines.. The only consolidation with monorail it is snaking through KLCity.

For Riveria asking RM1.1k psf at this location.... and titijaya as developer, good luck!!!

May have better luck with sentral suites for the same price. Location and size wise is better

Went to the show unit. May just work for short term stay but size is really small to my opinion.
Feel sentral suites caters for both story and long term stays plus location may be a better bet.

Location and develope track record =ss. If u r looking at absolute pricings then it's riveria.
