Had the same problem the first day I went to the office after I bought the phone. It kept trying to authenticate the connection and failing. It's fine when I'm at home.

What I did was, I changed the wpa/wpa2 or was it the TKIP/AES value. I don't remember which exactly. Do play around with that settings in your router's wireless setup page. Change one of the values, and reboot your router. Go to your phone's wifi page, long press on the wifi you're trying to connect, and choose 'forget network'. After that try to connect again to your wifi. All your wireless device have to do similar steps as well or they wouldn't be able to connect after you change the settings.

Updated to 4.3 just now. Hand itchy cannot wait.. installed it via sideload. Pretty easy and straightforward if you can find/figure out the complete steps.
