Do u all any problem after update to latest os? Got os update yesterday n update..now my q10 got problem..cannot hear anything when making @ receiving calls..have to use loudspeaker. Dunno if is bcause of os update @ my q10 hardware problem. Thanx

My BlackBerry already have sound after sending for repair...it is no software related (after updated). ic inside the phone broke n replace with a new one. Feel free to update ur q10 os without any fear..
