BlackBerry will release OSes to carriers but it's up to the carriers if they want to push it out to their customers. I've been installing leaks religiously and so far my advice is, go for 10.1.4285 as the 10.2 is really buggy.

Head over to crackberry.com go to forums, then look under blackberry 10 hub. Then search for leaked OS. Both the stable builds of .4285 or .2354 are there. Follow the instructions there and you'll be fine 

For my Q, I prefer the .4285 but another forummer felt .2354 is more 'solid' overall...

Yes, BlackBerry Link is as such that you can only restore back ups from newer OSes; in other words - not backward compatible 

However, there's a way to "cheat"; to rewrite your OS to "older" number. Again, head on down to crackberry.com for more info on how to do that..

Thanks dude. I've the options to use 4G & 3G in network option setting. Thats mean my Q10 is LTE ready.. so i assume i have to get a SIM Card replacement. But i checked Celcom page, i dont think i will get any LTE coverage around my area. 

Haha. About the GUI.. Its damn smooooth. I like the native GUI.. Blackberry did a good job. 

Lol. Already installed the 10.2.1.1055 Leak. So far all the i didnt get any major bug.. just a minor one.. although i can fix it by doing reboot. No random reboot. Its all good.

I used hybrid most of the time prior to BB10, but for now I suggest just to use the leak that has been tested by many users, here is the current one, its pretty easy to process

IINM it's in .rar file, you just need to unrar and it will be a single .exe file, so simple just run it, and follow instruction, and remember to back up separately with BB Link, and also make sure you have enough battery. Good luck
