The new BlackBerry does not require BIS anymore. So you can just use the normal mobile Internet package which should be cheaper. And mind you, since the phone no longer support BIS, there's no more data compression meaning faster data usage. As for 4G, I believe it should support. I've been hearing about minimum data subscribed to enable 4G though, but I'm not very sure.
