Anybody wants original holster for blackberry Q10 ? Got suto wake up and battery saving mode functions. Letting it go because underutilised.

My bro q10 gg already. One of the sim pin detached when I try to insert sim. BlackBerry sc at berjaya say need to chg whole board eventhough only one small tiny sim pin detached. The problem is not the technian say this but the customer service attendant. He straight say must chg the whole mobo without giving the phone to technician for a check. Anyone have this sim problem?
