To the mods,

I'm just wondering in this section can you please have a sticky for a certain format that companies or people who post job can post them in a certain manner for more clarity and to also give more clarity with specifications.

There should be a code of conduct for companies and clients to comply upon.

What they are looking for?
Who they are looking for?
Type of work?
Freelance or Non - freelance?
Requirements?

Then leave either a contact number, email or a website.
I think this would really really help everybody here as I see alot of clients do not know how to post in a proper and clear manner or have holes in their posting.

Cheers

half the time client don't know what they are looking for.. in terms of who, i think they do say graphic designer and etc.. just that some leave out the finer details like years experience and such..

as for the type of work, well, some do address this by simply saying "i want a website or a catalogue.." they refer to it in general because they're lazy.

i do agree they need to clarify whether they need or would like freelance, part time or full time.

as for the requirements, well, just lazy.. tongue.gif

i think the list of the thing you ask is already in jobs and careers section where got a list of freelancers for hire in LYN.. but usually for art and design, the client will enter here since this is the subforum where we usually active. maybe the mods can copy the topic Freelancers for Hire and put it a copy in this arts and designs topics.
